When 1st scheduling you need to sign up and into my site before appointments will be approved the first time, there will be a pending status until appointments are approved. This is so health history and liability forms can be completed before 1st appointment.

There is a 2 step sign up process... 1st with vagaro website then 2nd with this business site to schedule 1st appointments... easiest to reschedule through the vagaro app.
